Modern and traditional events in and around Waging
After plenty of exercise in the fresh air, you can enjoy delicious Bavarian delicacies and snacks in the rustic restaurants around Lake Waginger See. Many of the cafés and restaurants focus on regional and seasonal cuisine. In the market town of Waging itself, there are various events from modern to traditional – from setting up the maypole to the stand-up concerts on Waging’s market square, where regional bands show what they can do several times a week. You can immerse yourself in the history of Waging on a guided tour of the town. Let yourself be inspired and feel free to ask the locals.
